I've written you twice before and gotten no response, the item you sent me was obviously illegal. You stated you would be following eBay policy by sending it with hardware and did not, you stated it was genuine Windows XP Professional, it was not.

The software did not function on my computer (ie. would not install at all, after two attempts, and hundreds of error messages) and I could easily see that the disc was of poor quality as it had a sticker on it, instead of the common quality of a Windows disc with reflective cover & professional labeling. The disc also had air bubbles and slight burn marks underneath.

I wish an immediate refund.
